Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

Run/manage project from start to finishOversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basesCoordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.Compile and plan budget, cost estimates, and other financial estimatesOrder and manage materials and equipmentCoach and mentor junior professionals on site
